I am satisfied with the product; it is exactly as described. The first night was quite uncomfortable, as is normal every time we change something we were used to. Over the course of the days, it becomes more comfortable. It is advisable to leave it open for 24 hours after opening it so that it can regain its final shape and reduce the smell of the material. Great pillow, I was skeptical at first, but I was pleasantly surprised. It's comfortable to sleep on, my back doesn't hurt as much. It could be a bit longer, but that's a minor detail. It doesn't smell, actually it's odorless. I recommend it.
